At GiftChamingdoll, we believe in providing customers with sufficient time to evaluate their purchasing situation. Therefore, you can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
Please allow us a maximum of 7 working days to review your return case. Once your request is accepted, you will have 7 working days to return the goods to us. After receiving the product and confirming that it meets all our requirements, we will immediately process a refund or exchange within the next 7 working days. To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that the returned goods meet the following conditions:
Returns must be shipped by registered mail.
The condition of the product must be the same as when you received it.
All items must be in their original packaging and securely packaged for transportation, with all accessories or parts attached, identical to the original order. The customer is responsible for all risks and damages during the return process.
The product should not have any damage or stains (except for the damage shown in the unboxing video).
The product must be unused and show no signs of previous use.
Please attach a printed copy of the invoice in your return.
If you are unable to meet the above requirements, we will not accept your return request. - Return shipping fee
In the following situations, customers will be required to pay for road freight (to the customer’s address and to return to our warehouse):
The customer failed to pay import taxes in their country.
The customer failed to provide the necessary documents for the destination country.
The address is incorrect.
No one claims it.
Therefore, you should carefully consider whether to return the item, as international shipping is a cost worth considering and there is a risk of damage during the return period.
